Large single stage hammer crusher

  DPC series single stage crusher is suitable for crushing various kinds of brittle minerals, such as limestone, shale, gypsum, coal, argillaceous siltstone, limestone and clay mixture, which can crush the compressive strength of <150MPa. Large pieces of ore can be broken at one time to the grain size needed for grinding, thus replacing the traditional two stage crushing, simplifying the technological process and saving the production cost.

Working principle

  DPC series single stage hammer crusher is mainly composed of a rotor, bearing part and a discharging grate, bearing plate, shell and driving part.
