    This machine can be widely used in the crushing and shaping of metal and nonmetal ore, construction materials, artificial sand and kinds of metallurgical slag. It is suitable to the fragile materials whose Moh¡¯s hardness is lower than level 9, and not suitable to the viscid materials or materials contained much solid.

Working Principle

    The raw materials are fed into the vertical impact crusher by the feeding machine. The raw materials heap upon the scattering disc, and fall to the dividing disc from the rim of scattering disc. The raw materials are divided into two parts. One part of materials falls into the high-speed rotating centrifugal plate. This part of materials is given high rotating speed and flung out through the runner of centrifugal plate. Firstly, the flying materials collide with the other part of materials which fall down from the rim of dividing disc, and then all the materials impact the lining of crushing cavity. As mentioned above, the materials will be impacted, rubbed and grinded repeatedly until fall out of the crushing cavity and into the discharge bucket.
