    IV. Spring Cone Crusher

        Spring cone crusher is widely used in the metallurgy, construction, road building, chemical and other industries. It is suitable to crush the high hardness ore and medium hardness ore, such as iron ore, brass ore, limestone, quartz, granite, basalt, dolerite and so on. The type of crushing chamber depends on the usage of ore. The standard type applies for medium crushing, the intermediate type applies for fine crushing, and the short head type applies for over-fine crushing.

    Working Principle

        Spring cone crusher consists of frame, transmission device, eccentric hollow shaft, bowl bearing, crushing cone, adjusting device, adjusting sleeve, spring, hydraulic pressure station and other components. When the crusher works, the motor drives the eccentric shaft sleeve through a horizontal shaft and a pair of bevel gears. Under the forces of eccentric shaft sleeve, the shaft axisof crushing cone keeps in spin pendulum movement, so that the surface of mantle is sometimes near and far from the surface of concave. Meanwhile, the raw materials are crushed under the forces of squeezing and bending.

    Feature
