Impact Crusher

    Impact crusher is a kind of late-model crushing equipment, generally as the secondary crushing stage. It is widely used in the road, railway, mining, metallurgy and other industries. It is applied for crushing the materials whose compressive strength is less than 320MPa, such as limestone, granite, basalt, dolomite, shale, sandstone, etc.

Working Principle

    Impact crusher utilizes the impact energy to crush materials. Under the drive of motor, the rotor, with the blow bars, keeps in the high-speed rotation. When the materials fall into the working area of rotor, the blow bars strike the materials and knock them onto the impact plates. Then the materials are rebounded to the working area of rotor for crushing again. This above process repeats continuously. Through thecrushing chambers of 1, 2, 3 in turn, the materials become smaller and smaller until fall out of the machine as the qualified granularity. The discharge granularity and shape can be controlled through adjusting the gap between the impact plate and rotor.

Feature

a) The material of blow bar is high chrome alloy which is of high impact resistance and high wear resistance. The abrasion rate of parts is low.
b) It is a kind of late-model shaping machine. The final particles are mainly of cubical shape, which is helpful to the bonding of concrete.
c) The raw materials must be crushed repeatedly through the crushing chambers of 1, 2 and 3 in turn, so that the particle shape is better and the service life of crusher is longer.
