Hydraulic cone crusher is a kind of modern crusher with high performance. It is designed based on the spring cone crusher, obeys the principle of laminated press crushing principle, and adopts the concept of “more crushing, less grinding ” to increase the swing frequency, optimize the crushing cavity and adjust the stroke more reasonably. Hydraulic cone crusher is widely used in the mining, cement plant, gravel plant, highway building, hydraulic engineering, metallurgy and other industries.
Hydraulic cone crusher consists of frame, support sleeve, adjustment ring, movable cone, eccentric sleeve, transmission device and safety device. The motor drives the transmission shaft rotating, and the transmission shaft drives the eccentric sleeve rotating round the main shaft which is fixed. The eccentric sleeve makes the movable cone in spin pendulum movement to achieve the result of continuous crushing.
The cylinders of safety device can fasten the support sleeve and frame to remain the size of discharge opening stable. The energy accumulator, connecting the cylinders, can provide with the protection function. If there were non-crushing materials (such as iron blocks) falling into the crusher, the hydraulic oil of cylinders will be pressed into the energy accumulator to make the support sleeve raise up, then the discharge opening becomes bigger to release the non-crushing materials, so that the machine is protected.If the non-crushing materials were stunk in the crushing cavity, the support sleeve can raise up through reversely pushing the cylinders to clean the crushing cavity. The hydraulic adjustment device, which is on the support sleeve, drives the adjustment ring rotating, and that the concave moves up and down to adjust the size of discharge opening and alter the discharge granularity.Technical Parameters
