120TPH limestone crushing and screening production line

    This project is a 120TPH limestone crushing and screening production line, located in Malaysia. The raw limestone blocks are exploited from the limestone mine, and the blocks less than 500mm are transported to the project site by trucks. Through the vibrating feeder, the limestone blocks are fed into the jaw crusher evenly. During this process, the impurities, such as the soil and tree branches, can be sieved out by the grid bars in the front of vibrating feeder. As the first crushing stage, the jaw crusher breaks the granite blocks into 0-150mm gravel. Then the gravel will be conveyed to the impact crusher to conduct the secondary crushing stage. After these processes above, the crushed gravel is conveyed to the vibrating screen by the belt conveyor. The vibrating screen separates the gravel into different sizes of final productions and the unqualified gravel which is bigger than the final productions. The unqualified gravel will be conveyed back to the impact crusher to crush again. All of the final production will be transported to the qualified production piles by belt conveyors.
