      Vacuum filter is a kind of equipment which uses vacuum and negative pressure as the driving force to realize solid-liquid separation. Under the influence of vacuum negative pressure (0.04-0.07MPa), the liquid in the suspension is taken away through the filter medium (filter cloth), and the solid particles are trapped by the medium so as to separate the liquid from the solid. The filter section is arranged along the horizontal length direction in the structure, and the filtering, washing, drying and filtering cloth regeneration can be finished continuously. The rubber belt filter has the advantages of high filtration efficiency, high production capacity, good washing effect, low water content, flexible operation and low maintenance cost. Rubber band filter can solid-liquid separation is widely applied in the field of metallurgy, mining, chemical, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical, environmental protection etc, especially gypsum dehydration in flue gas desulfurization (FGD) has a good application.
